I consulted with another plastic surgeon about rhinoplasty. I would like and bridge and when I smile my nose is too wide, those are my complaints. His recommendations are that he will fix the nose and make it smaller and give it a shape and as far as the bridge he just wants to use filler Juviderm XP. Then he suggested to get a chin implant to even things out. But Juviderm XP is temporary that means I have to go every 9 months or so to get it filled again. He said he doesn't like using silicone, cartilage and goretex because they cause problem in the long run.

What is your opinion Dr. Lam? I don't have the $500 each time I get a filler. Please help. Thank you.

if you just want a little bridge height and absolutely no tip work then a filler could be the right option after i see you. i like Artefill as a permanent solution if you are wanting that. if you want tip work done, you should have everything done at once. i don't like filling a nose and then operating on it. i think that causes risk with the surgery.
