heart shaped face

can i achieve a heart shaped face with fat grating ? iam 18 years old female i have flat cheeks iam not sure if i should get implants or fat grafting and i have a kind of rectangular face so what procedures can i get so that i can achieve that heart shaped face ?

honestly, you are too young for fat transfer. it will simply not age well for you. i don't do cheek implants. you may want to find someone who does if that is what you are looking for.

How about botox masseter reduction will that work for me ?

if your masseter is firm to the touch it could work when you bite down. if it is relatively soft when you bite down then no. i know that is qualitative but i have a good sense of your candidacy when i feel it.
