Postby bharat sharma » Wed Aug 22, 2012 5:36 am

hello there dr lam i am bharat sharma . As i have a big mole on my chin i went through your videos and your work which really is great and helpfull to me . As you are one of the best in this field of work so i just wanted to ask you some questions and get your advice. I have a mole on the left side of my chin below the end of my lips and above the bone of my chin . It is of 1.2 cms in size so i just wanted your advice about the surgery and scar related things. Can i make the scar look unnoticeable and what should i do to make the scar from stitches unnoticeable. I mean which method according to you would be suitable . I am ready to send you my photos if you want. I will be eagerly waiting for your reply sir . Thanking you . :)

this is certainly not an easy mole removal. it looks like it will take some work to close it. it could even require a serial excision (slowly excising it down over a period of a year or two). i would personally not do this for you because it may require too many rounds of treatments and it would most likely be cost prohibitive if you did not live in dallas.
