low cheeks to high cheeks?

Postby johnsmith_1982 » Sat Jul 21, 2012 2:30 am

I've got low and round cheeks and I'm wondering if there are any options to make my cheecks higher and squarer.
I'd imagine you could achieve a squarer look with an implant but can you make the cheekbones higher with an implant?

i have personally stopped doing cheek implants because as one of my colleagues has rightfully mentioned that it is a flawed procedure. the problem is that about 10% of these get infected or move because they are placed from the mouth side. due to that, i stopped putting these in due to the complications that i was seeing and that many of my colleagues have as well. also, i do not believe that they age well and that with greater bone exposure over time they start to become visible by the late 30s and beyond. accordingly, i don't have a lot of magic other than fillers for younger individuals younger than 35 and fat transfer or fillers for someone over 35.
