Dear doctor lam, i have a few (2) bumps on my left cheek that have basically destroyed my self-esteem. I think one of them was caused from a big pustule (i applied a topical benzoyl peroxide, the name of the topical is duac), and for some reason the pimple never healed. I should have just left it alone instead of applying the topical. Anyhow, here are the photos
As you can see in the photos, i have two bumps that look like sebacious hyerplasia. These are not "distinct" bumps, in the sense that they are not like moles or other bumps that could easily be cauterized. These bumps seem like they are raised and at the same time part of the skin.
I am asking you doctor if you could remove these bumps with minimal scarring. Even if i get some scarring, it is better than having these bumps on the face. What type of scarring would most likely occur if you removed these bumps? Thanks for your time
