Hi Doctor,

so I have some bumps on my nose from acne scarring --I guess you would call these hypertrophic scars where the skin is raised. they're not pimples but were large nodule like cysts when I had acne --they drained but left the skin there kind of warped. I also have thick skin(i'm south asian background) on my nose and would like to eventually have a rhinoplasty to have a more think bridge and defined tip. I know I have to be realistic because of my thick skin. That said, I cam across this --it's not another doctor, but just an info site. Do you think this is for real or possible? Are these pics for real? Do you know anyone who does this? It looks amazing, and could remove the bumps on my nose and maybe refine the nasal skin! Do you do this procedure?

sorry, i do not allow external links to other sites on here but in short, TOTALLY BOGUS. if you put laser on the tip of the nose it would cause more scarring and not improvement.
