TCA Cross

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on managing, treating, and correcting acne scarring. (Of note, Dr. Lam is focused principally on acne scarring rather than on managing the ongoing condition of acne, which a dermatologist would be better equipped to address.)

TCA Cross

Postby Shana398 » Tue Jun 19, 2012 12:34 pm

Hi, Dr. Lam. I have had one session of TCA Cross with you for just two very small areas on my cheeks. The areas turned white and then after about 30 minutes, that went away; however the areas never turned red, scabbed or peeled. I was wondering why my skin reacted that way. It has been a little over two months since the treatment and I will be coming in in about a month for another round, but just wanted to ask this question first. Thanks!

that is not abnormal. if the areas are small you may not see that much reaction.
