Indented Scar on bridge of nose

Postby kaicayman@gmail.com » Thu Jun 14, 2012 8:42 pm

Hello,

I had a shave biopsy done on 4.5.12 and it left an indentation on the bridge of my nose. Do you think this will fill back in? It has been a little over two months.

Would a filler help this? If so, when could I have it done and how long do they typically last in the nose.?

I have attached a photo of the area. Thank you for your input

hard for me to say. it could but it would take some time before it fills in. a filler could help. if you are just two months, i would probably wait 6 months first to see if it fills. anything less than a year i probably would use a temporary dissolvable filler like Restylane just in case the area fills in.

Thanks Dr. Lam. So, since I am only two months out is it possible the area can fill back in and soften over the next few months? Anything I can do to help the skin fill back in?
