ACV mole removal

Postby jamie » Tue Jun 12, 2012 11:10 pm

Hi, i have recently removed a large raised mole 1cm x .5cm in size, the scab fell off and the area is now pink and is larger then what the mole was, there is still a very very slight bump but i can deal with that as long as the pink skin goes back to normal. i have tried a few times to remove this mole with no success but this time it has worked, though at the moment it looks really bad. its made me very self conscious.

will it ever go back to normal or is it scarred and staying how it is?
how can i accelerate the healing process?
i used apple cider vinegar ive heard this doesnt leave scars as it breaks up scar tissue is this true?

thanks
jamie

i have no idea about the cider treatment. obviously, healing is variable and unpredictable. i don't know who did it for you but remember that things always take a while to look as good as possible. if it is red, then you might need a KTP laser to manage it. if it becomes firm and thick, then you might need 5FU injections but it does not sound like the issue. silicone gel (does not matter the brand) could also help but ultimately speak with your physician. remember that if you only burned it off that you most likely missed the base of the mole and it will most likely come back in a year or so.
