what surgery to undergo to make asian face more caucasian

Postby evelicious » Sat May 26, 2012 11:25 pm

i know that the difference between asian and caucasian faces is not just the double eyelids and the higher and sharper nose, but also how caucasian eyes are deep set and their foreheads are more protruding, so to speak, so the side profile of the face has more shape, while an asian's side profile is comparatively flat. what surgery should I undergo to make my flat asian profile more caucasian? is there a procedure for the forehead and make the eyes more deep set? or perhaps it has something to do with the lips promotion to the nose and chin? is there a procedure for that as well?

i'd really appreciate some thoughts on this matter. thank you very much!

when we try to change races we can make our faces look distorted and unnatural. it is always better to be more conservative in nature. the bony type surgeries that reshape faces are popular in Korea. i do not perform them. i do perform lip reduction procedures if the lips are ethnic in appearance. I do fillers and fat grafting primarily for aging faces that can help reshape a face but do not perform cheek implants as i believe they are a problematic procedure in terms of rate of infection and extrusion. hope that helps.
best,
