Is there any need to cut and remove a part of lip muscle during lip reduction procedure. If it is needed is there any chance of loss of any movement of lips ? Is there any chance of loosing lip sensation after surgery?

if the lip is very big sometimes i remove a small part of the lip muscle but it does not affect movement. you can have temporary loss of sensation, which is quite common, after a lip reduction; but you should not have any loss of sensation after the first few months.
