LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

Hello Dr. Lam, I had lower lip reduction procedure a year ago and I still have the constant burning feeling along the scar area. It's like having spicy food and nothing is working to heal the lip. My doctor reccommended cortisone paste and once applied it relieves momentarely.
Would 5-fu injections or kenalog help me? The lip looks great but everytime I talk the scar burn an it's getting very annoying.

i don't have a good answer but you might start to try the 5FU. that may help. you might try acupuncture too, which i believe in.
