LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

Dear Dr. Lam, Please advise me. I have time off and need to get this going on. I am 45, I have fairly shallow scarring but it is all over my cheeks and chin. I cannot find any dermatologist who has the procedure that has been recommended to me, and many plastic surgeons tell me to see a derm. I have a rare monthly break out but other than that this is as clear as I get after three courses of accutane and everything else imaginable both topical and oral, laser, peels, light, etc. What would you do for me? I know that I can only expect a best case scenario of 50% improvement, but I am in the area now and have time off and I want this taken care of asap. THank you so verym uch for your time

yes, i believe i can help (not make it perfect but improve it). this looks like something i would start silicone injections to start. may need some CROSS treatments later.

I have been told by multiple (7) board certified plastic surgeons that I would achieve a better 1st time result with a Co2 erbium laser, and that I should see a dermatologist that performs that procedure rather than a plastic surgeon. Do you also offer this procedure at your clinic? What kind of opinion do you have on that procedure? (I haven't searched the forums I will do so). personally, i do not believe that is as effective. however, you are welcome to try that first. maybe it will make some small improvement.
