Acne Holes on my face

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on managing, treating, and correcting acne scarring. (Of note, Dr. Lam is focused principally on acne scarring rather than on managing the ongoing condition of acne, which a dermatologist would be better equipped to address.)

Acne Holes on my face

Good morning Dr.Lam,

My friend had acne from the age 19 and now he is 25. Please find the below pic of him and advice a treatment for it. Is it good to use a silicon based gel for this? whether the holes will get reduced and become somewhat normal.

i would do 1 to 2 rounds of silicone injections followed by 2 to 3 rounds of TCA Cross.
