Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Postby R828 » Sat Mar 31, 2012 1:46 pm

Hello Dr. Lam,
I have a relatively short nose with a slight upturn to it. Overall I like the shape of my nose but my problem is I have an excessive amount of nostril show. Would a silicone injection help reduce some of this nostril show? What have been your patient experiences with silicone injections? Migration, bumps, etc?

Thank You :)

silicone will not fix the tip of the nose and will not reduce your nostril show. it is oftentimes hard to fix that but surgery would be your best bet.
