This section is dedicated to questions that don’t easily fit into any other category but that concern facial plastic surgery. For hair restoration, see Dr. Lam’s Hair Transplant Forum. http://www.drsamlamhairforum.com/
I have viewed your videos and understand your general disapproval of incisions. I have already had my eyelids done that way about 13 years ago. I was pleased with the results , but now the 'bags" have returned so I consulted with 2 "renowned" surgeons. One said he would cut over previous scar and fill in with fat from my hip. The other surgeon said he would remove some fat and reposition the rest. He said a tightening of the skin -by cutting and lifting slightly upwards(no removal)was recommended to prevent further lowering og eylid.I am really confused now. I am 62.
i would have to see you but most likely the key thing you need is a fat transfer. you can send me a photo to drlam@lamfacialplastics.com if you like for a quick review. s.
