ice pick scars and variants

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on managing, treating, and correcting acne scarring. (Of note, Dr. Lam is focused principally on acne scarring rather than on managing the ongoing condition of acne, which a dermatologist would be better equipped to address.)

photos are always tricky. to me it looks like i don't have a lot of solutions to fix this but if i were going to try something it would be TCA CROSS from what i see.

hi, why do you say that there aren't many solutions to fix this?

because there aren't. it is just difficult to manage but CROSS is what i can do. laser, silicone, dermabrasion, punch grafting, etc. really either won't work or worsen it.
