Lip Scar bump

I received a cut 2 years ago from being hit by a baseball on my lip. I had to get 15 stitches outside and inside of my lip. The scar above my lip is not bad by my lip has become lumpy. i do not know whether this is just a excess of scar tissue or a hypertrophic scar. This has really began to bug me mentally and i am strongly considering a way to remove it. Please get back to me about info and surgery cost, thank you
