KELOIDS DO NOT OCCUR ON THE FACE SO YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT JUST A REGULAR SCAR. I CANNOT SEE IT IN THE PHOTO SO I WOULD HAVE TO SEE YOU IN PERSON TO FIGURE THAT OUT.
