Filler or fat injection for cheeks?

Postby sorrynow2 » Tue Feb 28, 2012 9:34 am

Dr Lam,
I saw your video when searching for a solution on two websites laserandipldamagesupport.com and realself.com. I like many others have been damaged by a doctor doing what was suppose to be removal of brown/sun/age spots. The procedure was done in Oct and Nov and two weeks after the procedure deep creases, sagging, lines/wrinkles started appearing all over my face but the worse of the damage is on my cheeks especially when I smile. Is fat transfer the best way to treat this area? I am anxious for someone who can and will help. Even though I am in Tampa I am willing to travel to your office. I have been to two plastic surgeons in my area but they have told me that this kind of damage can not have been caused by lasers. I have pictures taken two months before the procedure one durning and several after. They show the progression. Until I found these websites I thought I was alone.I really do not know what went wrong? You are the first doctor I have seen who has treated anyone with these issues. Can you help? Do sending pictures help? Thank you so much for your time.

yes, you can send me photos. how old are you? also, is your weight stable for the most part (within 10 to 15 pounds)? male or female? i typically like for you to see when the fat loss has stabilized before i do anything so that we do not need to go in twice.
best,
s.
