LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

Hi. Since i ve a slightly low face at a side, 3 years ago my plastic surgeon tried to fill it with my abdominal fat. The procedure ok but problem is he
used lots of fat so now it became the problem, it looks very big at that side and no matter how hard i try to melt with my hand it looks solid there nearly for 3 years.
So is there any non surgical procedure that i can use like laser lipolis or something that can melt the excess fat on my face. Thanks a lot Dr. hope you can help me because i m the victim here.

you could possibly try mesotherapy/lipodissolve although i do not have experience with that. i wish i could help you more.
