Hi Dr Lam,
Are Artefill, alcamid and bioalcamid FDA approved? Can these permanent fillers be used on minor nose and chin augmentation?
I have heard about the complications experienced by many a patient 3-4 years after the injection. Some claimed the site injected 4 years later swelled and had pus in it- dont know why the immune system is suddenly fighting it off. some say the lump may migrate and that removal is very difficult. True?
That's why, a semi-permanent filler is recommended.

only Artefill is approved. i believe it is very safe with a great long track record. real problems with the other stuff and i can't do it in the US.
