Hi Dr. Lam,

I have been thinking about getting a lip reduction for a while. I'm Asian and I think my lips are somewhat big compared to any other Asian. I'm not satisfied with the size and the color of my lips. I understand that you can correct the size of the lips, but can you do anything with the color? My skin tone is naturally light. My lips turn dark purple whenever I eat or drink. It's very unattractive and the only way I can lighten the color temporarily is to put ice on it. Can you tell me if it is possible to lighten the color of my lips permanently?

i can reduce the size but the changing lip color sounds impossible in my opinion. sorry.
