Guinea Pig

Postby cnoelle » Sun Jan 15, 2012 10:14 pm

I was wondering how a newly board certified surgeon gets the practice they need to be great? I am willing and available to offer my services for new, common, or difficult procedures...If any one knows how to do this or where to go please send me all information pertaining to this matter. I personally am most interested in a full body lifts and body contouring with emphasis on upper arms.

hi,
good question. most surgeons have done their training already during their residency and fellowship. i don't think you are going to find any newbies taking you up on this that are out of residency training. you may want to find some distinguished residency training programs to help you out.
best,

Hi,
i'm a 31 year old female, work part time and have 5 children.
There's a few things i'd like to change alittle about myself but just cant afford to have them done such as
a nose job (too big/fat)
liposuction on my tummy and upper legs,
i'm only a size 12 but the mummy tummy/flubber will just not go after years of working out and makes me feel sick and depressed when i see it, i really want it gone.
And last of all a breast lift/implant,
after having children they have dropped as they do and i'm scared one day they may trip me up lol, i really want them back the way they once was.
If there's anyone out there needing a dummy/Guinea Pig for free surgery and can offer me any of the above for free then please contact me @ midgetgem1985@hotmail.co.uk
i'm from liverpool merseyside and would like to have them done as close to me as possible.
Thanks for taking the time to read my post,
looking forward in any positive help/advice,
I know it may be alittle risky but when things really get yo down and yo cant see anyother way forward it's the chances you take in life :)

I can personally relate to your desperation, but honestly, I really don't think that it would be a good idea to be so desperate that you are willing to undergo surgery at any cost. I would personally never go under the knife with a surgeon who has no experience with the procedure, you could end up worse than you started. I have seen lots of examples of botched surgeries, and they can be absolutely disfiguring. However, if Dr Lam is feeling charitable, I suppose that would be a whole different story. Otherwise you might want to look around for someone who might give you a break. I heard about this site, locateadoc.com, I hear that it might be a good place to look for cosmetic surgeons. This might be a good place to start looking.

thanks francine. the only charity i perform is for domestic abuse victims and veterans injured in war. i am part of face to face and faces of honor that help with those two categories, respectively. they are humanitarian programs that are part of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
