This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on enhancing or correcting the cheeks and chin through alloplastic implants, fat transfer, lifting, fillers, etc.
I had an endoscopic mid-face lift a few years ago. Too much fat was placed in my cheeks. I now have a square look about me an "shelfing, also the lift appears to have "fallen". The surgeon also made one of my eyes smaller than the other durring fat placement in the lower lid. Is there anyway to fix all of this? I feel horrible about how I look now, I looked better before the surgery, now I don't really evn look like myself.
there is no easy solution to fix overdone fat. microliposuction is hard to fix it. i don't have a perfect solution. i am always cautious in putting fat in and put a little bit everywhere to limit this problem. so far i have not overfilled anyone. sometimes the way that i have fixed other doctor's overfilled cheeks is to balance the brows and chin with additional fat and the cheeks don't look so big because they are blended into the rest of the face.
