I've also lost a few pounds, my cheeks have deflated, and its getting harder and harder each day to look in the mirror. Its been about 4 months and I dont know if I should wait or resort to something else.
depends. obviously, your face is thinner at 30 than 25 or 20. also, if there is sun damage you may have had premature loss of fat. that may be hard to recover in that case. at 30 again you should probably use temporary fillers.

I know i said it was the last question but something else is on my mind. Does Fillers like artfill when injected give a lift effect for the sunken area like the cheekbone or zygomatic area and temples. I am 25 year of age.
we place too much emphasis on lifting effect. there is little to no gravity of the mid face so you don't need it lifted, especially at 25 years of age.
