cheek implant removal sagging

Postby Brangalina » Fri Dec 02, 2011 4:24 pm

Hi Dr Lam,
I would like to know your opinion on cheek implant removal, and whether it causes permanent sag. I am 33 had large 4mm terino malar shells in the submalar area, removed after 3 weeks. Do you think it is possible for the malar fat fad to descend from placement under the soft tissues and then removal, not allowing tissues to reattach to there former position?
