The one thats bothering me a lot is this one below, it creases up when I smile. I don't want to even try using TCA Cross if it will make it worse, I'd rather live with what I have but if I could close up that hole or crease that appears when I smile it might be worth a try... Thanks!

the bigger holes should improve with silicone. the circled one may improve with TCA but to be honest you are dark and that can lead to prolong color issues. also, more importantly, no treatment helps scars in motion (ie., when you smile), just when you are not smiling.

Awww.. I was hoping I could close up that hole with TCA and so it couldn't crease anymore when I smiled... Thanks for the info though Dr. Lam.

Also just another question. Since that scar only becomes a hole when I smile; if you were to apply TCA into the hole WHILE I smile, would that close the gap and or would that make it worse. Sorry if that's confusing lol.

it would not help and possibly make it worse. not a good idea.

[I had TCA done about 4 times results are amazing it works.Please note I had horrible scars some bigger than 3mm on my nose others ere smaller like I said amazing results anyone needing a guidance please send email to calaimo68@gmail.com i will try my best to explain my results alot of my scars are actually gone --like they were never their.
