Rhinoplasty for someone with Vonwilla Brand?

Hi Dr. Lam,

I'm a 20 year old female who is looking to get rhinoplasty to refine and elevate the tip of my nose. I'm hesitant about it because I have Vonwilla Brand type 2B (platelet bleeding disorder), and I don't know how risky it would be to perform surgery with such a condition. I have never had surgery before. I was hoping you could shed some light on this for me. Also, have you performed rhinoplasty for anyone with this condition?

i have not performed surgery on someone with WVF. i am sure that it is not that risky if you are given the right blood products but i would work with your hematologist regarding that.
