I think I have some shallow boxcar scars, if a strecht it most of these scars disappear completely, just the deep small boxcar on the top righ, that even when a strecht it, it still shows a tiny depressed layer.

What do you think would be the best treatment for my scars?

based on the photos only, i do not have a good answer. they look very shallow and i may not be able to do anything for them. the two techniques i rely on (silicone and CROSS) both could help somewhat but because they are more shallow i may not accomplish as much as you may desire unfortunately.

Do you think any kind of laser (CO2 or Fraxel) could improve these scars? Or any kind of peeling?
I want a permanent improvement (fillers probably won't do it) so I'm thinking about just leaving it alone.

honestly, no. possibly silicone or CROSS but they may be less than impressive for you. sorry, just want to set up proper expectations.
