i am truly sorry that you have gone through so much so far. i do not perform corrective eyelid surgery. i assume you have been going to a qualified oculoplastic surgeon, who would be best qualified to help you with your situation. simply put, i do not cut on the lower eyelids to create these problems. i use fat transfer to fill in defects. if you are interested in doing a fat transfer later to fix hollowness that would be fine but it sounds as if you are a long way off from that. i hope you find the best solution to your problem. speak with your surgeon about your situation and your concerns. i am sure he will be attentive to them.
