Acne Scars

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on managing, treating, and correcting acne scarring. (Of note, Dr. Lam is focused principally on acne scarring rather than on managing the ongoing condition of acne, which a dermatologist would be better equipped to address.)

Hi Dr. Lam,
I'm wondering what your thoughts are on "Dermarolling" or "Needling" procedures. Do you recommend people use it at home or get it done medically? Do you offer this service? I have a combination of ice pick and some boxcar scars (remnants of cystic acne) and was hoping to start rolling to revive some of the "fat loss" / indents in my cheeks. WHat is your suggestion?
