Icepick Pockmarks/Enlarged pores

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on managing, treating, and correcting acne scarring. (Of note, Dr. Lam is focused principally on acne scarring rather than on managing the ongoing condition of acne, which a dermatologist would be better equipped to address.)

I honestly dont know whether these are icepick pockmarks or enlarged pores. I have way too many on my nose. What kind of treatment do you think would work Dr.Lam?

TCA Cross/Lasers/no treatment possible?

Don't know if CROSS will improve all of them but that is the way to go.
