I would like to know that how can i find out if my surgeon is good,what questions should i ask to him?

1. how many otoplasties have you done? how often do you do them?
2. what complications have you experienced?
3. show me your photos and how did you fix the ears in each case?
4. what technique do you use and why?
5. may speak to any happy patients?
