In 2008 you did not use Artefill (YouTube video "Why I don't use Aretfill). Are you using it now? If so why?

yes, i removed that video because it does not reflect my current thinking for the following reasons:
1. artecoll and arteplast had problems compared with the refined artefill product that uses very uniform beads with no debris.
2. i have looked at the long-term data on thousands of patients and found the product (artefill that is) to be highly safe.
3. there are things that i simply cannot do with silicone that i can do with artefill like fill tear troughs or other areas given that silicone must be done as a micro droplet technique.
