I was wondering what your feelings are about dermal fillers being used to add bone volume back along the entire jaw line and high along the outer cheek bone, thereby creating a rather square look? There are so many women sporting this look nowadays. It changes their face, but not always in a good way. One of the Desperate Housewives has been featured talking about her "liquid lift" on TV. It's made her look man-like and different. She was saying that it helps to "pulls her face back to a youthful position". If fillers fill and don't lift, then obviously she's been misinformed (?)
I know you love filling the pre-jowl when needed, plus making the anterior cheek the focus for women, which looks great. It makes them feminine.
Why are so many other injectors filling the whole jaw line and too much in the lateral cheeks in an attempt to "add back" structure to the face? Do we really lose that much volume along the actual jaw line?
Sorry if I've missed this topic somewhere on your blog or forum!
