i have no idea what you are talking about. however, i will say that alloderm is pretty outdated stuff. i have not used it for about 5 years now. as far as fat or filler, the key is the quality, artistry and experience of the injector. that is the most important element in success of a lower eyelid fill procedure. best, sml

dear dr, im actually not surprise because ive never seen surgeons outside asia who offer this procedure but in korea it is very common and popular, especially with entertainers. honestly, this looks completely silly and not only a waste of money but not worth the risk. i tell patients with a full orbicularis muscle, leave it alone. those who don't have it look just fine (which is the majority of the people). i always believe that taking unnecessary risk is ill advised. this surgery is a clear example of this kind of foolishness. sorry for the strong words but this just looks silly and potentially dangerous that close to the eye. best, sml
