Dear Dr. Lam,

what is the difference between Medical Grade PMS 350 (used in Europe) and Silikon 1000? Are they the same thing or is one superior to the other? Can somebody who has gotten PMS 350 in their lips have another round of Silikon 1000 later?
I am asking because I am located in Europe and would like to start my lip augmentation slowly with PMS 350 but I also want to have the chance to see you for silikon 1000 if I am traveling to the US to have my second round (unfortunately I cannot stay several months in the US so I could only have one round of silikon in the US).

i was doing a search on unanswered posts and i realized that i totally missed this question you asked a few months ago. sorry about that. to be honest, i do not know anything about PMS 350 but i am assuming that the 350 is the centistokes, or thickness of the gel. that would be really watery but i really have no experience with it. you should ask your provider what he/she thinks but in general i do not see why i could not use silikon 1000 over it. i just don't know about the product you are asking about.
