hard to tell from these photos. i see some redundant mucosa inside your lip when you smile. if you want that managed, that should be relatively straightforward. however, it looks as if you are on the border of having a gummy smile (but could be wrong). you may have more gum show after a lip reduction of the inside mucosa. something to consider.

botox makes no sense and also reshaping the muscle makes no sense. all you have to do is remove the redundant mucosa so it does not fold. not hard to do and i have done several of these.

in short, no. just remove the redundant mucosa. i have done lips like yours. it is quite straightforward.
