hi,
thank you for your trust in me. i have reviewed the photos you sent and to be honest i cannot see the defect. whenever i cannot obviously see any problem and it affects someone's life to such a devastating degree, i am always worried about a condition known as body dysmorphic disorder. before you seek a plastic surgeon to cut on you (that could lead to irreparable harm and damage), please please please consider speaking with a psychologist (i am not saying you are crazy. we all need help in one way or another.) it would probably be your safest first bet. sorry to be blunt but just want to help.
best,
sml
