LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

I'm not sure if this is actually a mole or not, but i included a picture. It's the red one that between the 2 flat moles. The red mole is flat and red. I was wondering what are some ways to get rid of it, its really annoying.

I realized my mole condition is not as serious, but i still want some general advice as to how i can get rid of it.

If it is red I would try a laser like KTP or vbeam first. If that fails I would probably cauterize it or burn it but actually cutting it out would most likely risk scarring too much given that u look Asian and young. Not worth the risk IMHO when dealing with a small flat red mole.
