Hi Dr Lam. I'm impressed with your responsiveness and honesty on this forum. I had otoplasty just about 3 years ago and "revision" surgery on my left ear about 2.5 years ago. I'm not happy with the results of the revision. At first i was satisified but the top started to fold down within 6 months. Can i send you a few pictures privately to see if you think you can help?
yes, sure. would be happy to. send them to samlammd@yahoo.com or you can PM them here. sml

i reviewed the photos. it looks like the upper ear was not really reduced but only the lower portion was. i can see why you don't like it. i don't know how certain i would be to fix it. in other words, i would be worried that it would relax if you have had it done twice already. just trying to be honest. i am just worried that i would let you down. would be happy to give it my best shot but i am not 100% confident that i would make a big difference for you.
