Lip reduction recovery

Hey Dr. Lam,
It has been about 2 weeks since my lip reduction, and most of my sutures have fallen out. However, im noticing there are small white bumps where the sutures came out from (mostly on my upper lip). Is that normal?

Yes I am your patient. I got my surgery on Tuesday, June 7th. (The black college kid :D )
