Mole also on my nose.... advice please!

Hi, Please see the attached pictures! I went to see a specialist when I was 12 years old, who told me they would not operate. I'm now 20, and would really like it removed. Obviously there have been advances in technology since then and I am happy to go private. What procedure would you recommend?

unfortunately to do this safely, you will need to do a bilobed flap, which you can google. anything short of that would cause a problem. so in short, you will have scars across your nose for at least several months but it will most likely be worth it given what i see. :)
