What type of scars are these?

This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on managing, treating, and correcting acne scarring. (Of note, Dr. Lam is focused principally on acne scarring rather than on managing the ongoing condition of acne, which a dermatologist would be better equipped to address.)

honestly, those look hard to treat. i don't have a good answer. possibly fraxel or some other laser but it is not easy.

i don't know. whatever it is, i do not think it will be easy to fix. it looks more like bad texture than anything else.

yes, it does indeed look like bad texture.

I dont know if its actual scarring due to acne, or if its just due to the seborrheic dermatitis i have (or hyperkeratinization on my face). In your honest opinion, does it look really bad?

sorry, i responded to a page one comment. i don't think very much at all. probably just a few of the bigger holes will get some modest improvement. probably would not be worth it in my opinion.
