Dr. Lam,
Can you dermabrade skin that has a temporary filler underneath? Also what procedure do you prefer for improving skin texture and hyperpigmentation. Would it be lasers or dermabrasion.

yes, you can. for texture i would have to see what you are talking about. however, if you are just talking about not so good overall texture then i would do plasma skin resurfacing. hyperpigmentation i would use bleaching products. if your texture is acne scarring related, then it would depend on the size of the problem: small holes (TCA) and big holes (silicone).
