HI! Dr. Sam Lam
I would like to know can you make nose shorter and remove the dorsal hump at the same time?
How do you make nose reduction what do you do? Is this safe?Can you explain the risks?

i use general anesthesia. to really answer your question, i would need to see you to see what i would do but i can reduce the projection of the nasal tip and reduce the bump all at the same time. risks would basically include nasal deformity, breathing problems, prolonged swelling, etc.
