Dear Dr. Lam,

I would like to undergoe a lip reduction and chin implant in the near future. I was wondering if you would agree with my thought that it would be wise to first have the lip reduction and wait for a few months to see the final results (and position of the lips) before then having the chin implant? To achieve the best results in terms of harmony on the profile.

i honestly do not think there would be a significant impact one way or the other. it would be fine to do them at the same time or separately. either way.
