Hello Dr. Lam,

I have several ice-pick scars that bother me. I am a 30-year old Asian male and I would like to know what procedures have been shown to effectively remove or minimize the appearance of ice-pick scarring. I have heard of TCA Cross and Collagen Induction Therapy (Dermarolling) -- are these procedures very effective to deal with the kind of scarring I have?

hi,
in short, in your case, dermaroller is pretty useless. CROSS would be very effective. i need probably 2 to 4 rounds spaced at least a couple of months apart.
