What is this and how can i reduce this?

What is this and how can i reduce this?

What could this be?Should i have an rhinoplasty to reduce this?Can i reduce this without operation?

based on the limited photo, you are one in a very few people that could possible manage this without rhinoplasty. the reason is that you have a very deep radix, or nasofrontal angle, meaning you could build the area above the bump without blunting that angle out. unless i see you in person i cannot give you a proper read but silicone injections or artefill could build up your bridge permanently to soften the bump and give you a stronger nasal profile.
